No Processing of Personal Data by Us

As the provider of this app, we ourselves do not process any personal data within the scope of the use of the app, as defined by Article 4(1) of the GDPR.

User-Content such as audiobooks and usage-related information (e.g. playback positions) is processed and stored locally on the user’s device.

No data is transmitted to us by the app.

Data provided to us by Apple

As part of the Apple Developer Program, Apple provides us with anonymized and aggregated usage data via the App Store (e.g. the number of installations and device or country statistics).

This data is provided by Apple exclusively in aggregated form and contains no personal information from which conclusions about individual users could be drawn.

Further details can be found in Apple’s privacy policy.

Subscription Management via StoreKit (Apple Service)

Using the app requires a paid subscription. The subscription is managed via StoreKit 2, a system service provided by Apple.

Purchasing, billing, and subscription management are handled entirely through the App Store. We do not receive any personal information from Apple in this context (such as names, email addresses, or payment data).

Responsibility for data processing in the context of using the App Store lies with Apple. Details are available in Apple’s privacy policy.

No Third Parties, No Tracking

The app includes no advertisements, no analytics, and no third-party software. Within the app, no tracking, no reach measurement, and no profiling are carried out by us.

Internet Connections

The app itself does not initiate any own internet connections. Data transmission takes place exclusively within the framework of Apple services provided by the operating system (e.g. StoreKit, App Store).

Your Rights

Since we do not process any personal data in the context of using the app, no data subject rights under Articles 15–21 of the GDPR are applicable to us in connection with the use of the app (e.g. access or erasure).

For any data processing carried out by Apple, Apple’s privacy policy and contact options apply.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR)

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR. Usually, you may contact the supervisory authority of your habitual residence, your place of work, or our company’s registered office.
A list of supervisory authorities can be found at:

Contacting Us and Visiting Our Website

This privacy policy applies solely to the use of the app.

If you contact us outside the app (e.g. by email) or visit our website, the privacy policy published on our website applies.
In these cases, please take note of the privacy policy published there.

Policy Version

This privacy policy was last revised in February 2026, prior to the publication of the app. Should there be any changes to the app’s data processing, this policy will be amended accordingly.

We make changes to this statement exclusively if they are technically necessary (e.g., due to changes to Apple services) or if it is necessary due to legal requirements.

We always strive to process as little data as possible, and that will not change out of conviction.
